Huy Vo is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, computer networks, and cloud technologies. Currently working full-time as a Senior Security Engineer, his expertise ranges from network security, application security, and vulnerability management to cloud security, and penetration testing. He has collaborated with partners such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Accenture, and Ernst & Young (EY) on cybersecurity projects for cloud and on-premises environments, contributing significantly to these projects.Since 2019, Huy has been working part-time as a teaching assistant (TA) for on-campus courses and facilitating online courses at Boston University. He was also a research assistant (RA) from August 2019 to December 2019. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge through on-campus and online courses, as well as during live office hour sessions. Huy holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems along with numerous leading industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and multiple AWS and Azure certifications.
